45 Hour Illinois Sales Associate License Online Course
This course gives you the 45hours of credit you need in order to become a licensed real estate sales associate. You must also meet the following requirements, unless exempted from one or more of the respective requirements by the Illinois Real Estate Commission: be at least 18 years of age; be a high school graduate or holder of a certificate of equivalency (from any country); and pass the Illinois real estate exam. You do NOT need to be a resident of Illinois.
You will be able to access the course from any computer worldwide that has internet access.
This course introduces the basic principles and theories of property based on Illinois real estate license law and the Illinois Real Estate Commission's regulations on real estate matters in Illinois.
